The services, prices, durations and conditions are those displayed on the platform at the time of order.
Prices are displayed in Swiss francs (CHF), unless otherwise stated.
TheSwissDeal may change prices at any time. Price changes do not apply to already confirmed orders.
Before validating payment, the user must check the selected service, displayed price and relevant listing.
Payment validation constitutes a firm order for the selected service.
Payments are processed by Mollie, an external payment provider.
TheSwissDeal does not store full banking data. Payment information is processed by Mollie according to its own terms and security standards.
Unless otherwise stated, paid digital services are activated after payment confirmation.
Technical delays may occur, especially due to payment processing or payment-provider webhook delays.
Buying a paid option does not guarantee:
Paid options improve visibility or access to certain features according to the displayed terms, without guaranteed results.
Except in case of proven technical error attributable to TheSwissDeal or mandatory legal provision, digital services activated immediately after payment are not refundable.
No refund is due if a listing is deleted, refused or limited due to a violation of the Terms of Use, posting rules or applicable law.
If payment is cancelled, failed, expired or refused, the paid service is not activated.
TheSwissDeal may keep a technical record of the payment attempt for security, support and accounting purposes.
The user may view certain payment information from their account when this feature is available.
TheSwissDeal may retain data necessary to comply with accounting, tax and legal obligations.
TheSwissDeal is not liable for interruptions or failures related to a payment provider, user error, temporary unavailability or force majeure.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Swiss law.
Subject to mandatory provisions, any dispute falls under the competent courts of the canton of Vaud, Switzerland.
