Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to paid services offered by TheSwissDeal, including boosts, visibility options, publication fees, professional options or other paid features displayed on the platform.

1. Paid services

TheSwissDeal may offer paid options allowing users to:

• improve the visibility of a listing;
• bump a listing;
• activate premium visibility;
• edit or publish certain listings;
• access professional features.

The services, prices, durations and conditions are those displayed on the platform at the time of order.

2. Prices

Prices are displayed in Swiss francs (CHF), unless otherwise stated.

TheSwissDeal may change prices at any time. Price changes do not apply to already confirmed orders.

3. Order

Before validating payment, the user must check the selected service, displayed price and relevant listing.

Payment validation constitutes a firm order for the selected service.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Mollie, an external payment provider.

TheSwissDeal does not store full banking data. Payment information is processed by Mollie according to its own terms and security standards.

5. Service activation

Unless otherwise stated, paid digital services are activated after payment confirmation.

Technical delays may occur, especially due to payment processing or payment-provider webhook delays.

6. No guarantee of results

Buying a paid option does not guarantee:

• a number of views;
• a number of messages;
• a sale;
• contact from a user;
• a specific commercial result.

Paid options improve visibility or access to certain features according to the displayed terms, without guaranteed results.

7. Refunds

Except in case of proven technical error attributable to TheSwissDeal or mandatory legal provision, digital services activated immediately after payment are not refundable.

No refund is due if a listing is deleted, refused or limited due to a violation of the Terms of Use, posting rules or applicable law.

8. Cancelled or failed payment

If payment is cancelled, failed, expired or refused, the paid service is not activated.

TheSwissDeal may keep a technical record of the payment attempt for security, support and accounting purposes.

9. Billing and history

The user may view certain payment information from their account when this feature is available.
